About Us
We’re a small team of tradies based in the South East suburbs of Melbourne who specialise in the maintenance and updating of rental properties. We have a mix of qualified carpenters, plasterers, plumbers and general handyman to offer a broad range of repairs, replacements and installs, from fixing door handles, windows, and leaking taps, to bigger jobs like painting, kitchens, fencing, decks, and bathroom renovations.
Our newest services now include roller blind supply and installation, and a full suite of plumbing services – with more on the way. South East Property Maintenance was established in 2016 by directors and best mates, Dave and Marcus. What started off as two guys on the tools, doing letterbox flyer drops to drum up business, is now a thriving team of skilled handymen, labourers and administrators.
Our business has grown from a passion for home renovation projects. We love to work with property managers, owners and tenants to produce good quality work at affordable pricing.
